Physician Review Not Approved — Full Refund

If you complete a health intake and the reviewing physician determines that a program is not appropriate for you, you will receive a full refund of any program fees paid. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Prescription Products

Because prescription and compounded preparations are made and dispensed specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded once your order has been approved and shipped, except where required by law or in the case of a verified pharmacy error or damaged shipment.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or does not arrive, contact us at [contact email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the pharmacy and carrier to send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Over-the-Counter Products

Unopened over-the-counter products (such as supplements, topicals, and accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Opened OTC products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no charge any time before physician approval. After approval, prescription orders enter pharmacy preparation and can no longer be cancelled.
