The Process
How it works
From intake to delivery — understanding each step of the Monarch Renewal process.
What happens after I submit my intake?+
A licensed physician reviews your responses within 24–48 hours. If your profile is suitable, a prescription is issued and your program is prepared for shipping. If your intake indicates a program isn't appropriate for you, you'll receive a clear explanation and a full refund.
How long does physician review take?+
Most reviews complete within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your physician has completed the review, regardless of the outcome.
Can I speak with my physician directly?+
Yes. Your assigned physician is available for follow-up questions throughout your program. Communication occurs through our secure patient portal. Phone consultations are available for clinical concerns.
What if my intake is denied?+
If your physician determines a program isn't appropriate for you based on your intake, you'll receive a detailed explanation and a full refund. We don't charge for denied intakes. Your safety is more important than a sale.
Do I need to complete a new intake for each program?+
No. Our universal intake covers all programs. If you're adding a second program, a shorter supplementary intake may be required depending on the compound and your health history.
How long does the intake form take?+
Approximately 5 minutes. The intake is comprehensive but focused — we ask what's clinically relevant, not what's convenient for us.
Programs
Programs & products
Understanding the programs, compounds, and plan options available at Monarch Renewal.
What programs are available?+
We offer GLP-1 weight support programs (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide), peptide recovery programs (BPC-157 + TB-500, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, PT-141), longevity programs (NAD+, Sermorelin, Methylene Blue), and performance blends. All require physician review and Rx.
What's the difference between 1-month and 3-month plans?+
1-month plans are a starting point — appropriate for first-time patients or those who want to assess tolerance before committing longer. 3-month plans offer better value (saving ~$98 on Semaglutide programs) and allow for proper titration and sustained results. Your physician may recommend one over the other based on your intake.
Can I combine multiple programs?+
Yes, subject to physician approval. Some combinations are clinically appropriate and commonly used together — for example, a GLP-1 program alongside Ondansetron for nausea management. Your physician will review any combination for interactions and contraindications.
Are these the same as brand-name medications?+
Our programs use compounded versions of these compounds, prepared by US-licensed, DEA-compliant sterile compounding pharmacies. They contain the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as brand-name versions but are prepared as compounded formulations. Compounding allows for customized dosing and formulations not always available in brand form.
Can I cancel or pause my program?+
Yes. Contact us before your next shipment to pause or cancel. Once a shipment has been prepared, cancellation for that cycle may not be possible. Review our Refund Policy for full details.
Clinical & Safety
Safety & clinical
The clinical standards, safety measures, and medical oversight behind every Monarch Renewal program.
Do I need a prescription?+
Yes. All programs require a physician-reviewed prescription based on your health intake. This is non-negotiable — your safety depends on appropriate clinical oversight, and these are prescription-only compounds. There are no exceptions.
Can I select my own dosage?+
No. Dosage is a clinical decision made by your physician based on your health intake, medical history, current medications, and the compound in question. Self-selected dosing of prescription compounds is unsafe and not permitted on our platform.
What are the potential side effects?+
Side effects vary by compound. GLP-1 programs commonly cause nausea, especially in early phases — this is why titration (gradual dose increase) is standard. Peptide programs have generally mild side effect profiles. Your physician will review your intake with known contraindications and side effect profiles in mind. Ondansetron is available as an add-on for GLP-1 nausea management.
Who are the physicians reviewing my intake?+
All reviewing physicians are licensed US physicians with experience in the compounds they oversee. They are not automated systems or nurse practitioners operating without oversight. Your intake is reviewed by a real physician before any prescription is issued.
What if I have a pre-existing condition or take medications?+
Disclose all conditions and medications in your intake — this is critical for your safety. Your physician will review for interactions and contraindications. Some conditions or medications may make certain programs inappropriate for you. Incomplete intake disclosure may result in program cancellation.
Are the pharmacies regulated?+
Yes. All compounds are dispensed from US-licensed, DEA-compliant sterile compounding pharmacies. These pharmacies operate under state pharmacy board oversight and comply with USP 797 sterile compounding standards.
Shipping & Payment
Shipping & payment
Delivery, payment, and everything you need to know about receiving your program.
Do you ship outside Texas?+
Yes. We ship nationwide to all 50 US states from our licensed pharmacy partners. State-specific regulations may apply in some cases — your intake will flag any applicable restrictions.
How long does shipping take after approval?+
Once your physician approves your program, your order is typically prepared and shipped within 48–72 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Is shipping discreet?+
Yes. All shipments use plain, discreet packaging. No mention of the program name or contents on the exterior. Shipment information is included securely inside the package.
When am I charged?+
Payment is only charged after your physician approves your intake and your program is confirmed. You are not charged for denied intakes or during the review period.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout powered by Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
What is your refund policy?+
If your intake is denied, you receive a full refund. If your program has been shipped, refunds are not available for prescription compounds (as required by pharmacy regulations). Exceptions may apply — contact us directly. Full details in our Refund Policy.
